For the month of April we have two community breathwork classes at Mudwtr Gather! Join us on April 30th for yet another journey!
It is my favorite breathwork event I offer monthly!
Join the community of like-minded beings, creating a new earth!
We begin our journey in a circle, grounding the container, check-in’s, setting intentions, sometimes a lil talk around astrology, and a long breathwork session accompanied with great music. We end our journey with Q&A and a lil social gathering sipping on mudwtr latte samples.
