From there I will send over a contract for you to sign and basic details you might need like dates and times we confirmed.

This is a three month committed investment in yourself and your life, embarking on a journey of deep transformation. You will feel held from start to finish. This is a guided step-by-step process with clear actions and tasks specifically created for your goals, knowing your limits and traumas from your past. I am bringing my A-game and you are expected to do the same. Leaning into the discomfort breaking through your inner borders, aiming for immeasurable freedom and success on the other side!

You are someone who is ready to ‘fight’ for yourself, winning against your old patterns, your fears, your limiting beliefs, and are willing to do something different to see the results you know you are destined for. You are someone who has forgotten who you are, that includes; your worth, purpose, love for self, motivation, confidence and trust in self. You believe you are at cause for where you’re at and are ready to co-create a life of meaning and love for your life and yourself. You are someone who has been on a healing/transformative journey for quite some time. You are open minded and willing to make some permanent changes.

Discovery questionnaire, Free discovery call 60 min, 120 min live opening session, 3x 60 min live sessions per month, client portal for questions between sessions, 120 min live midway session, 120 min live closing session/next steps, homework exercises daily and weekly (for your benefit, and fun, I promise), 2x mp3 breathwork meditations (yours to keep), Free Unplug classes if you are local.
The investment
For all included above your rate is $5100. Payment plans are available, reach out so we can discuss. Deposit of $850 upon signing the contract is needed for us to start the process. Space usually opens up within two weeks from your discovery call, sometimes sooner.
